The Challenge

Perched in the canyons near the “Three Corners” where Arizona, Nevada and Utah meet, Sentierre shifts the paradigm for luxury hospitality and real estate. It is an experience for enthusiasts of wellness, outdoor recreation and culture alike. Sentierre’s team tapped Overabove for help in building awareness and driving top-of-funnel inquiries for this exclusive new resort community.

OUR APPROACH

We built a campaign around how Sentierre is the place to “find your why.” Supported by messaging about Path Guides, a central unique differentiator for the brand who help residents and guests explore the spectacular amenities, history and topography of Sentierre’s location, we created a suite of communications tools to target online audiences and drive visitation and interest.

THE RESULT

Our work created a buzz around Sentierre that has attracted both prospective residents and resort guests, as well as world-renowned consultants in the world of Spa and F&B who have built this first-of-its-kind experience in the Utah desert. Sentierre, deemed by the developer to be his legacy project, launched to much fanfare in 2023.
